- Analyze variety of CMDB / ITAM Discovery data and create reports to identify existing data quality issues for remediation.

- Work on CMDB tool such as ServiceNow to pull data exports, create dashboards, update data attributes using admin access.

- Work on implementation, operation, and maintenance of one or more major CMDB products.

- Map data sources against schema and use cases.

- Identify integration gaps.

- Work on asset/CI discovery tools, both agent-based and agentless.

- Evaluate tools used for discovery coverage and frequency/value of data updates.

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, with a focus on CMDB implementation and customization.


- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices, particularly in Configuration Management.


- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow development.


- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and other related modules.


- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.


- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
