We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Consultant to guide us in our exciting journey of propelling our latest startup from Zero to 1. 


Scope of Work: Guide the Company in the following:

 

Positioning and Messaging:  

  • Value Proposition: Articulating the unique benefits and features of the product that differentiate it from competitors. 
  • Brand Messaging: Crafting consistent and compelling messages that communicate the product’s value to the target audience. 
  • Taglines and Slogans: Developing memorable and impactful taglines and slogans that capture the essence of the product. 

 

Go-to-Market Strategy:  

  • Launch Planning: Coordinating the launch of the product, including timing, channels, and promotional activities. 
  • Sales Enablement: Equipping the sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively sell the product. 
  • Channel Strategy: Identifying and managing the distribution channels through which the product will be sold. 


Product Scaling Strategies  


Develop Scaling strategies that leverage behavioral data to understand market demand and customer behavior. Use these insights to optimize resource allocation, identify growth opportunities, and ensure scalability aligns with user needs and preferences for sustainable expansion. 


Product Distribution Strategy  


Design and execute distribution strategies that consider customer behavior and preferences, ensuring products are available through the most effective channels. 


Digital Marketing:  


Manage the Content Marketing, SEO and SEM teams. 


Advertising and Promotion:  


  • Campaign Development: Designing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the product across various channels. 
  • Paid Advertising: Utilizing paid advertising methods, such as pay-per-click (PPC) and display ads, to reach a wider audience. 
  • Public Relations: Managing the product’s public image and media relations to generate positive coverage and build credibility. 


Pricing Strategy:  


  • Pricing Models: Determining the optimal pricing model for the product, such as subscription-based, freemium, or one-time purchase. 
  • Discounts and Promotions: Planning and executing discount strategies and promotional offers to drive sales and attract new customers. 
  • Product Bundling: Utilize behavioral science principles to create attractive product bundles that appeal to customers' desire for value and convenience. Leverage techniques like anchoring, scarcity, and social proof to enhance the perceived value of bundles and drive higher sales.
