Manager

with 10-15 years of Accounting experience. Candidate must have prior experience in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement preparation.

Job ResponsibilitiesExecute project oversight and deliverablesWork in close coordination with US based team on a daily basisWork towards continual talent developmentParticipate and contribute towards AG processes, tools and trainingAdminister and supervise the daily accounting work with emphasis on quality and timely deliverySupervise & ensure quality standards of accounting transactions by the teamEnsure that reports sent to clients are accurate & sent within scheduled timeframesManage team performance metrics and responsible for team performanceManage project deliverables and client engagementsCreation and management of reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reportsDisplay excellent leadership skills and manage internal/external expectationsDevelop training content and deliver technical accounting and finance trainings to team members

Requirements for Successful CandidateBachelor’s Degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance or CA certificationManaged team(s) having at least 20-25 team membersPrior experience in a Delivery Management role for a US based firmKnowledge of QuickBooks™ and other US accounting systemsProficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS OfficeOrganizational skills to manage a team and client engagementsSelf-motivated with strong work ethicProactive approach to accuracy and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsLeadership and team management skillsPossesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
