Job ResponsibilitiesManage project deliverables and client engagementsSupervise and ensure quality standards of accounting transactions by the teamAdminister and supervise the daily accounting work with emphasis on quality and timely deliveryManage team performance metrics and responsible for team performanceCreate and manage reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reportsEnsure that reports sent to clients are accurate and sent within scheduled timeframesDisplay excellent leadership skillsManage internal/external expectationsWork in close coordination with US delivery and leadership team on a regular basisWork towards continual talent developmentParticipate and contribute towards AG processes, tools, and trainingDevelop training content and deliver technical accounting and finance trainings to team members
Requirements for Successful CandidateBachelor’s Degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance or CA certificationManaged team(s) having at least 45-50 team membersPrior experience in a Delivery Management role for a US based firmKnowledge of QuickBooks™ and other US accounting systemsProficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS OfficeOrganizational skills to manage a big team and strategic client engagementsSelf-motivated with strong work ethicProactive approach to accuracy and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsLeadership and team management skillsPossesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
