The RoleWe're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Sagepilot. You'll be the critical bridge between product, sales, and customers—translating our AI capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with consumer brand leaders and drive pipeline growth. You'll craft the story of how AI employees transform the entire customer lifecycle, create content that reaches decision-makers where they engage, and build Sagepilot's voice as the category leader in autonomous customer experience. What You'll DoStrategic Positioning & MessagingDevelop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for consumer brands across industries (retail, wellness, beauty, travel, healthcare, finance) Articulate how AI employees drive measurable impact across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, conversion, activation, support, retention, and growth Create differentiated messaging for various buyer personas: founders, CMOs, CX leaders, operations heads Own competitive positioning and battle cards that highlight Sagepilot's autonomous capabilities vs. traditional chatbots and human teams Content & Thought LeadershipBuild Sagepilot's authoritative voice in the consumer brand ecosystem through LinkedIn thought leadership, industry insights, newsletter content, and community engagement Create diverse content formats: social posts, Twitter/X threads, blog articles, white papers, video scripts, infographics, and webinar presentations Transform customer wins into powerful stories—from quick social proof snippets to comprehensive case studies demonstrating ROI across the customer lifecycle Develop industry-specific use cases showcasing AI employee impact on acquisition rates, conversion optimization, activation success, support efficiency, and retention metrics Sales EnablementCreate high-impact sales materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, objection handlers, competitive battle cards, and ROI calculators Develop lifecycle-specific collateral that helps prospects understand AI employee value at each stage of the customer journey Partner closely with sales and business development to understand what resonates with prospects and continuously refine messaging Build internal enablement programs to ensure the team can confidently articulate product value Go-to-Market ExecutionPlan and execute product launches with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success, design) Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy Own website messaging, landing page copy, and conversion optimization Identify and engage in communities, forums, and channels where consumer brand decision-makers spend time Represent Sagepilot at industry events, conferences, and webinars Customer Insights & PerformanceWork with customer success to develop compelling customer stories that demonstrate quantifiable impact Analyze campaign performance across channels and optimize based on engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion data Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform messaging and product development Track win/loss data to continuously improve positioning and competitive strategy What You'll BringRequired2-4 years in product marketing , preferably in B2B SaaS, AI/tech, or customer experience platforms Exceptional storytelling and writing skills —you can craft a viral LinkedIn post as easily as a technical white paper Understanding of consumer brands and the challenges they face in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Technical aptitude to grasp AI/ML concepts and translate them for diverse audiences (business buyers, technical evaluators, end users) Sales enablement experience creating materials that directly impact win rates Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing impact Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution Bachelor's degree required Bonus PointsMBA or advanced degree Experience in the consumer brand ecosystem (D2C, e-commerce, retail, hospitality, wellness, etc.) Background in customer experience, CX technology, or marketing automation Familiarity with the India consumer brand landscape Experience building category-defining messaging for emerging technology Comfortable on camera creating video content Why Join SagepilotShape a Category : Help define how autonomous AI employees are understood and adopted by consumer brands globally High Impact : Your work directly influences pipeline, win rates, revenue, and market position Founder Proximity : Work directly with the founding team on strategic initiatives that shape company direction Learning Opportunities : Regular exposure to top consumer brands and their customer experience strategies Creative Freedom : Experiment with new channels, formats, and approaches—we value innovation and calculated risk-taking Mission-Driven : Be part of democratizing exceptional customer experience—enabling brands of all sizes to deliver world-class engagement at scale Well-Funded Growth : Join a well-backed startup in a high-growth phase with strong investor support Our CultureWe're building a team that values: Customer obsession over feature lists Clarity over complexity in communication Speed with thoughtfulness in execution Learning from both wins and losses Authenticity in how we show up in the market
