1. PositionOverview:

We are seeking a dynamichighly motivated passionate energetic detailed oriented andexperienced Quality Head to join our team. The Quality Head will beresponsible for ensuring that our fabrication assembly andpackaging processes meet the highest standards of quality andcompliance with industry regulations.

This rolewill involve leading a team to develop and implement qualitycontrol procedures conducting inspections analysing data managingteam implementation of IMS Kaizen and other quality tools andcollaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive continuousimprovement in our operations.

2. KeyResponsibilities:

1. Quality Control:

1.Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures for allfabrication processes.

2. Conduct regularinspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standardsand specifications.

3. Identify areas forimprovement and develop action plans to address qualityissues.

2. SupplierQuality Management:

1. Collaboratewith procurement teams to establish quality requirements forsuppliers.

2. Conduct supplier audits andevaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.

3. Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues andimprove performance.

4. Process Improvement:

1. Analyse data from quality inspections and audits toidentify trends and opportunities for processimprovement.

2. Develop and implement correctiveand preventive actions to address root causes of qualityissues.

3. Lead crossfunctional teams in processimprovement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma projects.

4. Training andDevelopment:

1. Provide training andguidance to employees on quality control procedures and bestpractices.

2. Foster a culture of quality andcontinuous improvement throughout the organization.

5. Documentation andReporting:

1. Maintain accuraterecords of quality control activities including inspection reportsnonconformance reports and corrective action plans.

2. Prepare regular reports on quality performance metricsfor management review.

3. Qualifications andRequirements:

1. BEMechanical.

2. Total experience of 1820 years inquality management in the fabrication industry.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a teamleaders ismust.

4. Experience as a MR (ISO Standard) for 5years will have an added advantage.

5. Soundknowledge and experience of fabrication processes such as Weldingrolling machining cutting drilling blasting and painting related toOil and Gas industry.

6. Sound knowledge andexperience of assembly/packaging/manufacturing of Skids Pressurevessel parts heavy fabrication and piping and shall have exposureto Piping Design.

7. Sound knowledge andexperience of Section VIII and the overall ASME code EN code IBRcode CE Marking

8. Sound knowledge of qualitymanagement principles and techniques including ISO standards KaizenSix Sigma etc.

9. Experience with qualitycontrol tools and methodologies such as statistical process control(SPC) FMEA and root cause analysis.

10. Proventrack record of driving process improvement initiatives andachieving measurable results.

11. Certificationin quality management (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt Kaizen) is aplus.
