You’ll make a difference by:

Siemens operates aglobal Workday HCM instance which already supports more than 45 countries andaims to roll out Workday worldwide based on global processes. Our internal Teamof Workday Specialists is very dedicated to operate, optimize and expandWorkday across different Workday modules to maximize the value for Siemens.

·Discoverand analyze issues in the system and define, execute solution approaches.

·Identify,design, and realize improvements within the existing Compensation / Adv. Comp /Benefits Configuration

·Focusto ensure a secure global system and process stability.

·Supportregular Workday Release Management

·Collaborationwith other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries.

·Executeand manage regular operational activities including Incident Management andService Request Management

·Documentationof activities according to the compliance framework.

Your success is grounded in:

·3+Years Technical Workday experience across different Workday modules

·1+Years Technical Workday experience dedicated to Workday Compensation / AdvancedCompensation / Benefits, ideally for different companies / clients.

·Academicdegree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics

·Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change.

·Passionto bring value add to customers and provide excellence in service.

·WorkdayTrainings / certifications in focus area.

SpecificSkills:

·Good Knowledge in configuring, maintaining and optimizing Workdayconfigurations for Compensation/Adv. Compensation and Benefits.

·Experience in analyzing system issues and executing necessarysolutions by ensuring system compliance.

·Analytical and communication skills combined with a goodunderstanding of a large application and process landscape.

·Analytic skills to identify root-causes based on system data aswell as Knowledge in Managing HR Master Data in Workday

·Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (niceto have)
