Job Description:

As an International Voice Process Associate for a Banking domain, you will be responsible for handling customer calls from international clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.

- Work Location: Manayata Tech Park, Bangalore, Karnataka

- Shifts: Rotational Shift (5 days work /2 days off)

- Salary- Upto 5.5 LPA

- Immediate Joiners Only
