Location: Hadapsar, Pune.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Shop (CNC/VMC).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC (Production Planning & Control).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans as per customer schedules.
  • Manage PPC activities in SAP including planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability.
  • Ensure smooth material flow across all production stages.
  • Collaborate with production, purchase, and quality teams to align operations with planning.
  • Monitor machine loading, process sequence, and capacity utilization for CNC & VMC machines.
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels to support production without excess stock.
  • Track order status, identify delays, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement in lead time reduction and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports related to PPC.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of PPC processes and SAP modules.
  • Understanding of CNC/VMC machining processes and machine shop operations.
  • Basic knowledge of material flow & supply chain processes.
  • Experience in inventory management & vendor coordination.
  • Analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,596.00 per month
