Role Description
This full-time E Commerce Executive role is located on-site in Dehradun. As an E Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our e-commerce website, processing online orders on our portal and other online portals, create Weekly/ Daily Reports and managing customer service inquiries. You will also be responsible for updating the website with new products, managing inventory and promotions and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
Knowledge of latest designing software’s like Adobe illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop and other designing tools will be an added advantage
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Sales Management expertise
- Experience in Account Management and Team Management
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms and tools
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
