Core Responsibilities:
Compensation :
Annual pay planning, mid-year increases (if any), bonus pay-out and Exgratia within budgets
Analysis on compensation benchmarking surveys carried out annually, bi-annual and as per requirement.
Salary proposal to recruitment team for candidates based on the data.
Salary recommendations and fitments on internal movements and promotions.
Design internal pay medians and comp range based on jobs
HR Analytics and Reports:
Internal Parity
Target to Pay Ratio
HC Monitoring
Budget vs Actual
Chalking out Retention bonus strategy & implementation
Liaison with payroll on inputs. Work with Local F&A on budgets and provisions
Liaising with external audit team and ensuring compliance is 100% met
Administrative tasks on letters, MyHR Data, etc.
Continuous suggestion on evolving trends, making our compensation programme more attractive and efficient
Participate in HO projects for Job Mapping based on recommended architecture
Keep an eye on statutory changes in acts and take proactive actions, Revisit and design salary structure on statutory compliance.
