As a Business Relationship Associate in our B2B visa business division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the travel and tourism industry. Your primary goal will be to enhance client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the smooth operation of our visa services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Ek**Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other business partners.
2. **Business Development:** Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand our client base within the travel and tourism sector.
3. **Visa Services Management:** Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of visa applications for our B2B clients.
4. **Account Management:** Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management and clients.
5. **Customer Support:** Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support to maintain high satisfaction levels.
6. **Market Analysis:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the visa services business.
7. **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent service to clients.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
