Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for multi-level hiring across departments.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and job platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep up-to-date with market hiring trends and align recruitment practices accordingly.
  • Manage job postings and job descriptions across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Plan and conduct campus hiring drives and coordinate with educational institutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing partners.
  • Represent the organization at HR events, job fairs, and industry networking forums.
  • Review applications, conduct background checks, and support onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to employee retention strategies through hiring quality and cultural fit.

Administration:

  • Coordinate and manage daily office administration activities in sync with management.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain records of office expenses.
  • Oversee office facilities, supplies, vendor management, and maintenance schedules.
  • Organize employee engagement events, recreational and cultural activities.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure smooth internal operations.
  • Maintain documentation, budgets, filing systems, and inventory tracking.
  • Liaise with vendors for timely procurement and negotiate cost-effective services and products.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle & sourcing techniques
  • Vendor coordination and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office & recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed )
  • Time management and attention to detail

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA in HR is a plus
