About the Role:

Tekni-Plex India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Executive EXIM to join our team in Kalol, Gandhinagar. This role involves managing pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, liaising with CHA, Forwarders, and Shipping Lines, and handling GST refunds on exported goods. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in export/import management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment Documents
  • Handle Certificate of Origin and Risk Management for consignments
  • Liaise with customs, DGFT, and banks for regulatory compliance
  • Track export and import consignments
  • Prepare MIS reports for sales and management teams
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook is essential


Qualifications:

  • B.Com, M.Com / MBA
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in EXIM, preferably in manufacturing
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
