To Prepare all kind of proforma Invoice, pre-shipment, post-shipment & certificate of origin

documents under P.I, L/C or P.O. as per terms and conditions according to buyer and seller

(Air, Sea, Road)
- Preparation of Proforma Invoice, Invoice, Packing List & Detail Packing List, B/L Draft and

responsible till B/L approval and B/L release, issue a Certificate of Origin, Insurance certificate.

Product analysis Report. etc
- Prepare Shipping instruction for dispatch planning schedule and Co-Ordinate with Factory

employee, Transporter, Shipping Lines and CHA about the container at ICD/Port.
- Update and maintain all the shipment Records Excel Master Sheet Day by Day.
- Deal with embassies of different countries (agents) for certificate apostil, authentication and

legalization work.
- Tracking the export shipments.
- Tacking the Documents approval from buyers in case of CAD or Advance payments terms

documents.
- To Handling all the Correspondence on Mail.
- To arrange other shipping documents like preferential or non-preferential Certificate of origins

from different govt. agencies like GCCI, CII & EIA, country vise like APTA, SAPTA, GSP,

AIFTA, IKCEPA, etc.
- Co-ordinate with the Bank to Manage the documents payment, purchase/discount -bills and

lodgment-bills records and following up with in these regards. Also having a knowledge but not

in my work responsibility of taking PCFC of P.O/P.I and maintaining the A/C (Order to Order

Settlement or running account facility) record., import retirements, commission payment
- To provide shipment schedule, shipment advise, insurance intimation online, Final / Non
- Negotiable documents to buyers and follow up payment.
- Responsible for payment and maintain records of sea freight of each shipment line for every

shipment
- Responsible for arranging all bills from CHA and responsible for payment on time.
- Make and check Documents and handling all Operation Activity related to Import
- Export and

Coordinating all Activity of Buyer, Supplier, Custom House Agent, Shipping Line, Transporter

and maintaining all the books of record and Assisting My Manager to Procure Raw Materials

from Overseas Suppliers and Selling Finished Products to Overseas Buyer.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
