Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Finance & Accounting Operations
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire orders for cash process management and improvement in a fast-paced business environment. The role is based out of NCR.
Responsibilities
· Responsible to Lead Finance & Accounting Operations & service delivery for existing and all new deals in pipeline.
· Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions
· Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/offshore operation
· Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support to BD Team
· Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions
· Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams.
· Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
· MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, Preferably Chartered accountant.
· High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management.
· Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
· Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
