- Posting transaction details in accounting software
- Assuring all revolving accounts are up to date
- Coding financial documents
- Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- Managing all payments and expenses for a company
- Analyzing invoices and expense reports
