WOV is a unique networking platform created by TRACON Trades and Conference Pvt Ltd for the niche architecture, interior design, and building material fraternity. As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth for WOV events. You will work closely with the event management team to ensure the success of each event.JOB ROLE & SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS·Proven experience in sales and business development·Highly organized, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented multi-tasker·Experience Corporate on-field sales with clients from the events, exhibitions and MICE with a good understanding on building material and design industry·Strong networking and relationship-building skills·Excellent communication and negotiation skills·Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets·Knowledge of the architecture, interior design, or building material industry·Ability to work effectively in team and independently·Experience in event management or the hospitality industry is a plus·A target-oriented go-getter with Bachelors / master's degree
