Job Responsibilities

  • Convert inquiries into bookings for group tours, summer camps, and school trips
  • Manage group tours from start to finish, including itinerary planning, logistics coordination, and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall tour operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless customer experiences
  • Meet sales targets through lead pursuit, follow-ups, and conversions

Qualifications

  • Sales experience (travel/hospitality sector preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for eco-tourism, wildlife, adventure, and nature-based travel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM platforms
  • Flexibility for weekend/evening work
