Job Description:
Database & List Management
- Build, refine, and segment contact lists for targeted campaigns using multiple data sources.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene by routinely cleaning and updating records in HubSpot and Salesforce .
- Implement lead enrichment processes to maintain data quality and completeness.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team and your manager to support the planning and execution of outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Manage email marketing workflows and campaign lists within Salesforce .
- Coordinate with sales and content teams to align campaign messaging and targeting.
- Create, edit, and update email and lead follow-up workflows in the CRM.
Research & Analytics
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategies and sales enablement.
- Monitor and create detailed reports on campaign performance using HubSpot/Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous campaign optimization.
Copywriting & Content Support
- Draft and edit short-form marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Assist in repurposing content for different audience segments and channels.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce (email marketing, workflows, list segmentation, database maintenance) with HubSpot understanding.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics for campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Experience/working knowledge of other marketing tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo - for sourcing new contacts.
- Basic understanding of lead scoring, marketing funnels, and campaign attribution
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Agile, adaptive, and articulate with high EQ & IQ - a true team player.
