What you'll do
● Own the placement function and manage the entire RFQ pipeline
● Build and nurture relationships with PoCs at multiple insurance companies
● Build an RFQ prioritization framework to improve the TAT on procuring quotes
● Prepare monthly commission statements and reconcile them with respective insurance companies.
Who you are
● Possess 1-3 years of experience in insurance placement function
(mandatory)
●
Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal
● Proactive self-starter capable of driving independent workstreams
● Have demonstrated ability to achieve operational deliverables consistently on time
