We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • PM is responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple Infra Projects i.e. taking project from its Initiation till closure
  • Exceptional record keeping, status management, SteerCo packs
  • People Management experience. Co-ordinating work loads in accordance with demand and skill set, absence etc.
  • Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders and mitigating those
  • Identifying crisis situations during project lifecycle and handling favourably for the project.
  • Own the project issues and ensure its resolution by engaging appropriate teams
  • Participating in review over key project documents, providing exceptional quality assurance
  • To receive and challenge estimates from all stakeholders and coming up with project plan for project delivery

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience of working within Banking infrastructure environment.
  • Good understanding of Project management life cycle process AGILE and Waterfall model
  • Good understanding of JIRA and confluence for reporting and dashboarding
  • Ability to work autonomously under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritizing work in a multi-client environment where demand exceeds supply and resolving the conflicts that result. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Strong English Communication and analytical skills are a must for working in a complex global team environment.
  • Proficient and experience in managing projects to a high standard
  • Strong experience on end-to-end project handling including task management, stakeholder management, resource allocation and support
  • Proven track record of project delivery across numerous large projects
