About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our sales operations by coordinating with clients, handling documentation, managing orders, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with new and existing buyers to build strong business relationships
  • Coordinate with sales teams, clients, and forwarders to ensure seamless order execution
  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, proforma invoices, and basic export documents
  • Maintain and update buyer data and interactions in the CRM system
  • Support follow-ups with buyers, and internal departments.
  • Track shipment schedules and provide timely updates to clients

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
  • Preferred: Candidates from FMCG or Agro Commodities industry
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay: ₹250, ₹360,000.00 per year
