This isn’t a typical operations internship — you’ll work at the intersection ofdata, AI, and strategy , supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive our intelligent systems and help scale a high-growth AI company. You’ll gain hands-on exposure toAI-powered business analytics ,automation workflows , anddata-driven problem solving , collaborating closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with teams to streamline and automate workflows using AI-driven tools and data insights. Analyze operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI optimization. Support the implementation of AI-enabled dashboards and real-time performance tracking. Work on strategic initiatives that improve scalability, process efficiency, and user experience. Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis to strengthen business intelligence models. Participate in business reviews, providing AI-supported insights and recommendations. Document process improvements and help train internal teams on AI-integrated systems. Support cross-functional projects involving predictive analytics, process automation, and operational excellence.Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; curious about how AI shapes business strategy. Proficiency with Excel/Sheets; bonus points for familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
