Job Title:Manager / Senior Manager – Business Continuity Management (BCM) & Disaster Recovery (DR) Location:Coimbatore & Chennai Experience:5+ years Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCM/DR) frameworks, strategies, and procedures. Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments to identify critical business processes and dependencies. Lead DR drills, tabletop exercises, and recovery simulations to test and validate plan effectiveness. Collaborate with IT, Security, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of DR and BCM strategies with business objectives. Define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) for key systems and ensure appropriate recovery strategies are in place. Manage crisis response activities and act as a key liaison during business disruptions. Maintain and update BCM documentation, policies, and recovery playbooks on a periodic basis. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (ISO 22301, ISO 27001, etc.). Provide training and awareness programs for staff on BCM/DR roles and responsibilities. Engage with senior stakeholders to review readiness, gaps, and continuous improvement measures. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge ofBCM, DR frameworks, and standards (ISO 22301, ITIL, NIST) . Experience in conductingBIA, risk assessments, and recovery testing . Proven ability to managebusiness continuity and DR programsacross multiple functions. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and crisis coordination skills. Hands-on experience in developingBCP documentation, playbooks, and response plans . Familiarity withcloud DR solutions, IT infrastructure resilience, and incident responseprocesses. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Certifications such asCBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, or equivalentpreferred.
