Job Title:Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Operations Location:Mumbai Experience:10–15 years Qualification:BE / MBA or other graduates with strong academic records Industry:Commodity Derivatives / Financial Services Job Description / Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Act as a bridge between Business and Technology to enhance processes. Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions. Understand operations across commodity derivatives and exchange-related processes. Automate manual processes and streamline workflows while ensuring compliance. Assess regulatory implications, prepare reports, and ensure timely submissions. Lead, mentor, and manage teams; handle audits and fine-tune policies. Drive continuous process improvement and innovative solutions. Skills & Competencies:Leadership, problem-solving, team management, communication, compliance awareness, process improvement, and ability to work independently under deadlines.
