Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – OT Security (Industrial Cybersecurity) Location:Bangalore, India Experience:6+ Years Employment Type:Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experiencedManager / Senior Manager – OT Securityto lead and strengthen ourOperational Technology (OT) cybersecurity program. The role is responsible for securingindustrial control systems (ICS), driving OT security strategy, managing risk, and ensuring resilience across industrial environments while collaborating with operations, engineering, IT, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage theOT security function, including strategy, roadmap, and execution Act as a key advisor to leadership onOT cyber risk, safety, and resilience DriveIT–OT security convergenceand enterprise alignment Lead and mentor OT security teams and cross-functional stakeholders OT Security Program Management Own theend-to-end OT security program, including governance, risk, and compliance Conduct and overseeOT risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation initiatives Define and trackOT security KPIs, KRIs, and maturity metrics OverseeOT vulnerability management and incident response Manage third-party andvendor riskin OT environments Architecture & Engineering Oversight Oversee secure design and implementation ofOT/ICS security architectures Guidenetwork segmentation, firewalls, DMZs, and secure remote accessfor OT systems Review and approve security designs forSCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, and IIoTenvironments Evaluate and governOT security tools and platforms Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance withIEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001, and relevant regulations Leadinternal and external auditsand regulatory assessments Develop and maintainOT security policies, standards, and procedures Supportcyber resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuityplanning for OT systems Stakeholder & Vendor Management Partner withplant operations, engineering, IT, and business teams ManageOEMs, system integrators, and security vendors Support RFPs, solution evaluations, and contract reviews Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience inOT / ICS / Industrial Cybersecurity Proven experience inmanaging or leading OT security initiatives Strong understanding ofSCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and industrial networks Knowledge ofindustrial protocols(Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, BACnet) Hands-on expertise inOT network security, segmentation, firewalls, and monitoring Strong understanding ofOT threat landscape and incident response Preferred Qualifications Certifications:GICSP, CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443, CRISC Experience with OT security tools (e.g.,Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Tenable.ot, Forescout) Experience inmanufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, or critical infrastructure Exposure tomulti-site or global OT environments
