Job Description – Lead Generation Executive
Position:
Lead Generation Executive
Department:
Sales & Marketing
Reports To:
Business Development Manager / Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate new business leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, etc.).
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on company's target market and service offerings.
- Contact potential clients via email, calls, or messages to schedule appointments for BDEs/Managers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand over warm leads for further closure.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on lead generation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales (preferred).
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Ability to meet lead generation targets and deadlines.
