Location: Andheri, Marol

Working model : Onsite 

Days : Monday to Saturday

2nd & 4th Saturdays are an off

Timings :11AM to 6PM.

Experience : 3 - 4 years


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, through various channels including online platforms, events, and referrals.
  • Create compelling and customized pitch decks tailored to the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
  • Conduct persuasive presentations to showcase the brand’s capabilities, services, and success stories.
  • Handle negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of weddings and related events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from pitch to project initiation.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for senior management review.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the wedding, hotel, decorators or event planning industry
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive pitch decks.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  •  Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
