Team Leader – International Admissions We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Team Leader – International Admissions to join our Navitas team in Delhi. About the Role The Team Leader – International Admissions will oversee and guide our admissions team to ensure high-quality, student-centric outcomes. You will manage daily operations, provide coaching and support, and drive continuous improvement across processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support a team of admissions officers to achieve KPIs and service standards. Oversee the full admissions lifecycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. Monitor performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct structured capability reviews. Manage workload distribution, prioritization, and resource planning for the team. Collaborate with internal teams, students, and agents to resolve escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Support the implementation of policies and processes aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements. Analyze data, prepare reports, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to projects, audits, and system enhancements aimed at streamlining admissions operations. Required Skills & Competencies  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy. Customer-service orientation with a strong commitment to student experience. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (desirable).
