We're looking for a Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in helping prospective international students become enrolled students. As a desk-based Student Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for students throughout their application journey. Your focus will be on conversion—guiding applicants from their initial interest to full enrolment. This role is a perfect fit for someone who excels at communication and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Student Pipeline: You'll oversee student applications, conduct timely follow-ups, and ensure all records are accurately maintained in our CRM system. You'll also use this data to execute targeted campaigns that boost enrolment numbers. Communicate with Students & Agents: You'll be the voice of our institution, responding to inquiries from students and parents via email, phone, chat, and virtual sessions. You'll also be a key point of contact for our network of agents, providing them with timely updates and feedback on applications. Collaborate with the Team: You'll work closely with Student Recruitment Managers, Admissions, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all applicants. Your insights on frequently asked questions and student concerns will help us continuously improve our processes. Track & Report: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM data and generating regular reports to track conversion performance and support our forecasting efforts. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can provide clear, accurate, and supportive information to a diverse audience. Strong organizational skills: You can manage multiple tasks with impeccable attention to detail. Customer service focus: You provide an exceptional experience for all students. Tech-savvy: You are proficient with CRM and other digital communication tools. Team player: You are able to work collaboratively and provide operational support to various internal teams. Relevant experience (desirable): Prior experience in a customer service, sales support, or education-related role is a plus. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is also desirable. Working Conditions: Occasional travel required for recruitment events and outreach. Flexible hours, with some evening and weekend work as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
