Job Description:  We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves crafting and managing impactful content(including videos, text and images/creatives) across our digital platforms(LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and website) to enhance our brand visibility and engage a professional audience effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in video editing, graphic design, and content strategy on one or more social media platform.


Currently, we only have presence on LinkedIn and our website. We’re looking to expand on to instagram, youtube and X(twitter). We are looking for a Branding manager who can deeply understand our audience and our content, and direct the design and presentation aspect of our content.


Responsibilities:


  • Build out a growth strategy for Branding:  You will be owning the branding and social media growth for Wolf Mentoring. This is a high-stake high-visibility role where you get to own
  • Video Editing:  Edit and produce videos that include captions, motion graphics, and stock footage. Expertise in color grading, sound quality enhancement, and contextual understanding of talking head videos is essential. ~ 3-4 videos/week (both short 2-3 min to and long 5-10 minute videos )
  • Graphic Design:  Use Canva or similar tools to design visually appealing graphics. Transform written content into engaging graphical formats, including single-image and carousel-style posts. ~5-6 creatives/week
  • Content Management:  Develop and implement a content strategy that reflects our brand's mission and leverages trends in social media. Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize our digital presence. (weekly reporting)
  • Identifying Trends and Opportunities:  Identify what kind of content the competition is posting, figure out ideas for content, and keep an eye on viral social media trends.
  • Copywriting:  Produce compelling written content with excellent English proficiency. Ensure all communications are on-brand and resonate with our target audience.
  • Repurposing content:  Be able to re-purpose top performing content in a mix-media manner. Eg: editing clips out of longer videos, taking out quotes or pithy notes from long form text content, presenting pithy notes as twitter images, making carousel posts out of long from content.


Required Skills:


  • Demonstrable experience in video production and graphic design.
  • Strong ability to envision and direct content creation that aligns with company goals.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing in at least one of the following platforms- LinkedIn, YouTube or Instagram.
  • Outstanding organizational and copywriting skills.


Bonus if you have:


  • Previous experience managing social media accounts within coaching/consulting/service providing agency business with demonstratable growth.
  • Experience identifying and leveraging trends to grow an account.
  • Experience with Video/film-making, not just editing.
  • Experience designing a website
