As Head – Marketing, you will shape how Oaklane Capital is perceived by the investing public. This is not a conventional marketing role. You will lead a compliance-aligned brand strategy that balances clarity, credibility, and long-term trust — with zero tolerance for product glamour or short-term hype.

You will craft campaigns that elevate investor understanding, not just drive inflows — rooted in the values of simplicity, compounding, and informed decisions.

20+ years in financial services marketing — preferably with AMCs or PMS firms with equity-first focus

What We expect you to Bring :

Exposure to both B2B (distributor) and B2C (retail) marketing

Familiarity with investor education mandates and AMFI/SEBI campaign norms

Network of content creators, influencers, and financial educators in the MF space

Prior AMC Experience Preference

Strong investor engagement across digital and offline channels

Digital traffic, campaign ROI, SIP funnel conversion
