Seeking a Python Tech Lead for MNC and lead a group of talented developers in building scalable, high-performance solutions.

Role: Python Team Lead

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan(Prefer Local candidate)

Experience: 5+ years (with 1.5+ years in a Lead role – Mandatory)

Team Size: 4–5 Developers

Notice Period: 30–45 Days(Prefer immediate Joining)

CTC: ₹25 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Python developers.

Architect, design, and build scalable applications using Django/Flask/FastAPI.

Ensure coding best practices, CI/CD, and high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to deliver on objectives.

Drive code reviews, performance optimization, and scalability improvements.

Stay ahead of tech trends and implement innovative solutions.

Required Skills

5+ years of Python development experience.

Strong expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

REST APIs, microservices, async programming.

Databases (SQL & NoSQL), ORMs, query optimization.

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Strong communication & leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Big Data, ML/AI integration.

Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery).

Knowledge of DevOps practices & monitoring tools.
