Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    Guide and mentor a team of Python developers, providing technical direction and feedback.
  • Architecture & Design:
    Lead system design, architectural decisions, and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software.
  • Best Practices:
    Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD, version control, and testing.
  • Optimization:
    Focus on performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
  • Project Management:
    Manage timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Continuous Learning:
    Stay updated on new technologies and tools to improve processes and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years
    of Python development experience.
  • Strong experience with Python frameworks like
    Django, Flask, or FastAPI
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    REST APIs
    ,
    microservices
    , and
    asynchronous programming
    .
  • Experience with
    databases
    (SQL & NoSQL),
    ORMs
    , and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Docker

    Kubernetes

    CI/CD pipelines

    AWS/Azure/GCP
    ).
  • Knowledge of
    unit testing

  • Experience with
