Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our digital and performance marketing efforts across paid, organic, and CRM channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running multi-channel campaigns for travel-related services such as flights, hotels, and holiday packages. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and more

-Manage paid ads for flights, hotels, and holiday packages

-Track performance and optimize campaigns for ROI

-Lead SEO efforts to boost organic traffic

--Oversee email, WhatsApp, and CRM marketing for lead nurturing

-Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams

-Stay updated on travel trends and marketing innovations

Key Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)

·4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or e-commerce sector

·Proven track record of managing performance-based campaigns with strong ROI

·Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM platforms

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
