What aremy responsibilities?

·Toperform high quality and timely credit underwriting of new businesstransactions of Small, Mid and Large Corporates within delegated authoritylevels, understanding levels of risk and appropriate returns.

·Preparationof credit reports as per specified formats and ensure compliance with riskpolicies and processes while working with sales team and provide timely supportin closure of transactions.

·Presentationof proposals to the approval authorities

·Portfoliomonitoring.

·Portfolioreviews and record keeping for audit and regulatory requirements.

·Toliaise through structured meetings, with Sales and other members of the RiskManagement team to ensure continuous improvement of business process.

·Toparticipate in customer meetings when needed to fully understand the risks andopportunities involved in a transaction.

·Manageentire portfolio of SFPL and guide and train the team.

What elsedo I need to know?

Knowledgeand Experience

·About10 years of experience in risk or credit in a bank or a reputed NBFC inunderwriting

·Knowledgeof Equipment Finance is preferred.

·Experiencein commercial finance is mandatory.

·Abilityto take credit decisions.

·Quicklearning ability.

·Experiencein LOS / LMS in a Bank or NBFC.

·CAor MBA from an institution of repute.
