Role & responsibilities

We at Vishwa Samudra Engineering are recruiting Senior role in Contract Management function at Mumbai. Come join us and play a vital role in creating History by delivering a Best Projects in Infrastructure sector.

Position/ Function- Contracts & Claims Management.

Grade- Manager/ Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager (Position depending on experience of candidate)

Experience- 6-10 yrs plus of work experience

Qualification- BE Civil Plus PGD is Preferred.

Job details-

  • Experience in Contracts Management, Contracts Administration, Handling Claims.
  • Should have experience in preparing CAD (Contract Appreciation Documents), Drafting contracts
  • Negotiation and Drafting of Contracts and various clauses.
  • Drafting and Vetting of Contractual Correspondence with clients and stake holders.
  • Working for Various Construction and Infrastructure Projects such as Buildings, Road, Bridges, Metro, Marine, Rail etc.
  • Should have handled and worked on claims management.
  • Should have worked on EPC project and have knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
  • Should have handled and managed various Claims (EOT, COS, COD etc..)
  • Site Coordination and advisory to site team on Contractual aspects.
  • Modifying/ Drafting of Claims.
  • Should have knowledge of Arbitration process.
