Job Description :

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in networking, Network/Application Observability, IT orchestration and automation, unified communications, and contact centre solutions, including AI technologies such as voice/chat bots and hyper-automation.

- Demonstrates expertise in network infrastructure technologies such as Wireless, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud edge, edge computing, data centre interconnect, and mobility solutions.

- Sound working knowledge of Storage Area Network (SAN) and related technologies, Cisco-based network communications technology, high availability and disaster recovery architecture, communication and related technologies.

- High-level exposure on Cisco networking, Wireless networking, Checkpoint Firewall management

- Enterprise NOC Management.

- Design & deployment ODC - Offshore Delivery Centers for NOC and other IT Infrastructure management services

- Proven performance in Delivery Management in the Onsite + Offshore model. Must have experience in handling such teams across India, USA / EU for clients from USA or EU countries.

- Enterprise network monitoring using various tools

- Network management and support, and network maintenance services

- Cost management for IT Infrastructure & NOC

- End to end Network security operations management

- Design & deployment of high availability solutions including business continuity strategy and disaster recovery plans

- End to end datacenter network management

- Advanced knowledge & exposure to Deployment of Campus LAN-VLAN-WAN-MPLS-IPSEC-EIGRP-SDWAN for large global enterprise

- Design, implementation and maintenance of Network Firewall ( Checkpoint /Cisco/ Fortinet/Palo Alto ), Network security operations

- Configuration of Core, Distribution and Access Layer switches ( Layer2 /Layer 3) with High availability

- Exposure to large network migration and IT Infrastructure migration projects

- Managed the delivery of IT Infrastructure and led all the DC track teams

- Managed end-to-end Hire, Train Deploy programs for Data Center, Network, Resiliency,

- Development of infrastructure strategy, architecture, service delivery standards,

- Good exposure and understanding of Pricing Model Strategies

- Technology roadmap for Enterprise Infrastructure for clients in the USA and Europe

- Techno-functional leader of IT Infrastructure & network establishing metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs)

Leadership and Soft Skills :

- Excellent Team management skills: including mentoring, coaching and development of junior resources

- Experience working for both large/medium-sized organisations and start-up brands is beneficial.

- Demonstrates good communication skills with Clients, management and teams at all levels.

- Good leadership, organisation, communication, presentation, and business planning skills.

- Capable of creating and delivering professional presentations.

- Demonstrates strategic thinking, critical analysis, interpersonal communication, and matrix management skills.

- Possesses good multicultural interpersonal abilities.

- Strong leadership and team mentoring skills, including the ability to generate innovative ideas and develop a strong team across various levels of experience.

- Staff management

- Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLAs

- Cost management, Budget Management

- Facilitated resource management, utilization and in-depth service and process audits

- Good experience in Learning and Development facilitation: including need identification and L&D implementation.

- Build the Center of Excellence team to onboard new clients and projects from the USA and Europe.

Presales / Sales Support towards new Client wins :

- Position and pitch new or developing technology and dedicated teams to clients and prospects from the USA and Europe.

- Collaboration with Sales and Solution Architecture teams.

- Provide ideas and feedback to management and sales about the development of new solutions and services.

- Engage in joint client meetings and presentations, as necessary.
