Technical Skills :

  • Expertise in networking, Network/Application Observability, IT orchestration and automation, unified communications, and contact centre solutions, including AI technologies such as voice/chat bots and hyperautomation.
  • Demonstrates expertise in network infrastructure technologies such as Wireless, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud edge, edge computing, data centre interconnect, and mobility solutions.
