What You Will Be Doing :
As the Director of Artificial Intelligence, you will lead Ignite's AI initiatives, driving the strategic vision, leading research and development efforts, architecting high-performing AI solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Vision :
- Drive the strategic vision for AI at Ignite, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market trends.
- Define and prioritize AI initiatives to deliver maximum business value and competitive advantage.
Research and Development :
- Lead cutting-edge AI research and development, empowering the team to unlock new capabilities and enhance innovation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Solution Architecture :
- Architect, optimize, and validate high-performing AI solutions, ensuring they meet both business needs and technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and processes.
Team Leadership and Development :
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, mentoring and coaching the team to excel in advanced AI methodologies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Director Of Artificial Intelligence Key Responsibilities :
Comprehensive AI Strategy :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligning with Ignite's overarching business goals.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and growth across various business domains.
Basic Requirements :
Education :
- A university degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience :
- 12+ years of experience in the AI and tech industry, with a focus on AI innovation, project leadership, and team management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing impactful AI solutions, particularly using Generative AI.
Technical Proficiency :
Strong technical proficiency, especially in Python, with a solid understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in business.
