We bring our best selves to work each day to realize our mission of enriching the world through the power of digital commerce and financial services.Role PurposeWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Finance Manager to join our Finance team, focused on the Merchant Acquiring vertical. This role will play a key part in shaping pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions across transaction-level merchant operations.You will work at the intersection of pricing, analytics, and strategic finance — influencing revenue realization, merchant-level profitability, and supporting decision frameworks through insights and automation.The responsibilities we entrust you withPricing & Revenue OptimizationDesign and implement pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments.Monitor MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability.Work closely with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.Revenue Leakage Identification & RecoveryAnalyze transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage.Support implementation of controls and fixes to plug leakages across systems and merchant billing.Business PartneringAct as a finance partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability.Participate in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.Analytics & ReportingCreate dashboards and models to track pricing health, merchant-level profitability, and recovery metrics.Drive automation and visibility across pricing and revenue dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.What matters in this roleRelevant work experience: 5–8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles. Exposure to fintech, payments, or merchant businesses is highly desirable.Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.Key Skills:Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics (MDR, interchange, transaction flows).Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.Sharp business acumen with strong ownership and cross-functional influence.What We Value in Our PeopleYou take the Shot: You decide fast and deliver right.You sign your work like an artist: You seek to learn and take pride in the work you do.You are the Sherpa: You take people along and act in the interest of Pine Labs
