Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admissions Manager with a strong background in counselling for Liberal Arts and Design Studies. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from lead generation to enrolment, ensuring a student-centric approach while meeting institutional targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to represent the University professionally across academic counselling and outreach activitiesKey Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in Liberal Arts and Design Studies.- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to guide students through the admissions process and program offerings.- Design and execute targeted student recruitment strategies in partnership with the Marketing and Outreach team.- Organize and participate in education fairs, school visits, webinars, campus tours, and related events.- Coordinate the admissions process from inquiry to enrolment, including application review, interviews, and offer rollouts.- Maintain updated records in the CRM system and prepare regular reports on admissions metrics and conversion rates.- Provide inputs to program teams based on student feedback and market trends.- Collaborate with academic departments to understand program strengths and ensure accurate communication to prospective candidates.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Liberal Arts, Design, Education, Psychology, or related fields.- 3–5 years of experience in student counselling or admissions, preferably in higher education.- Strong understanding of Liberal Arts and Design education landscape in India and globally.- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.- Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educational partners.- Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual conferencing platforms.- Willingness to travel for outreach activities and events.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, student-centric academic institution.- Professional development and growth opportunities within the University.- Vibrant campus environment with modern infrastructure.Kindly share your resume with Mr. Srikanth at Regards,Vidyashilp University - HR Team
