The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about university programs, and supporting enrollment targets.Key Responsibilities:- Counsel prospective students and parents through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.- Explain program offerings, eligibility, and admission processes clearly and effectively.- Maintain follow-ups with leads and inquiries generated through various sources.- Coordinate and participate in university open houses, school visits, education fairs, and webinars.- Maintain accurate records of communication and progress in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the marketing team to support admission campaigns and lead generation.- Support walk-in queries and campus visits by providing a positive applicant experience.- Assist in documentation, interview coordination, and admission formalities as required.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).- 1 to 5 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus).- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and guide students effectively.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.- Ability to work in a team and handle targets and timelines.Employment Type: Full-TimeWork Location: On-Campus(Vidyashilp University) 6 days workingCTC: As per university norms and candidate experienceInterested candidates may submit their updated resume to
