
Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with different departments, and delivering excellent guest experiences. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, reservations, and F&B.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Monitor reservations and occupancy to optimize revenue and efficiency.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift management.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in vendor coordination, inventory control, and procurement as needed.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report operational updates and challenges to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality Management (IHM preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel/ hospitality operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹22,951.33 per month
