Brand Consultant
who can be part of our
core team
and help us shape how the world sees (and smells) EM5.
What You'll Do (a.k.a. The Mission)
- Understand
our story
(how we started, why we exist, and where we're headed). - Own our
brand voice
across all customer touch-points (website, packaging, campaigns, social, PR, you name it). - Create strategies that don't look like they came from a dusty agency playbook.
- Craft campaigns that make people stop scrolling, not yawn.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with us — no "client-vendor" vibe, you're a
team member
. - Develop creatives, stories, and out-of-the-box ideas that reflect
we're not another fish in the pond
. - Help us build consistency across
design, communication, and customer experience
. - Stay ahead of trends (and sometimes break them).
What We're NOT Looking For
- People who run on
copy-paste strategies
. - Someone who watches the clock ("we don't have 9-to-5, we have "a lot to do in less time").
- Another consultant who delivers PPTs and disappears.
What We'd Love to See
- Experience in
branding / creative strategy / communication
. - Someone with a
mad mix
of strategy + creativity + guts. - An eye for design, a nose for storytelling, and a brain that rejects boring.
- Comfort with ambiguity (we're moving fast, we're not waiting for the world).
- A portfolio or track record of building brands that stand out, not blend in.
