We are looking for a
Brand Manager – Influencer Marketing
who will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing brand relationships while leading influencer-driven campaigns end-to-end. The role involves strategy development, campaign planning, influencer collaborations, execution oversight, and ensuring client satisfaction through measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Partnerships

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent communication.
  • Understand client objectives, brand positioning, and campaign goals to design tailored influencer marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to maximize brand value and revenue.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams (planning, pricing, and campaign management) to design innovative influencer campaigns.
  • Source, negotiate, and finalize influencers that align with brand identity and campaign KPIs.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution: briefing, content approvals, live tracking, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor influencer performance and ensure campaign deliverables meet brand expectations.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports showcasing ROI and key learnings.
  • Provide actionable insights to clients for future campaigns.

Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with strategy, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign flow.
  • Guide junior team members in day-to-day execution and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of managing brand campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
