Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce modules.- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project implementation, from requirement analysis to deployment and post-go-live support.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and QA Engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and third-party connectors.- Implement automation solutions using Flows, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Process Builder, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Define and enforce governance, security, and data management policies across Salesforce environments.- Manage release cycles, sandbox refreshes, and deployment using CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Copado, or Gearset.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, IT, and business) to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce initiatives.- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical documentation.Required Skills & Experience:- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect-level role.- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC (Lightning Web Components).- Proven experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities).- In-depth understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.- Experience in API integrations, Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and external system connectivity.- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Apex testing frameworks.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD processes and DevOps tools.- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Application Architect certifications preferred.
