Job Overview Wings Global Services is seeking a Junior Back Office Banking Transaction professional, open for females only, to join our team in Hadapsar, Pune. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves various transactions and banking operations, contributing to our commitment to redefine and sustain competitive advantages. Qualifications and Skills Strong experience in transaction processing and handling banking operations efficiently within set timelines. Proficiency in data entry with keen attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this role. Understanding of core banking systems and their functionalities to ease process workflows. Ability to deliver excellent customer service while handling sensitive customer data with integrity. Familiarity with banking documentation protocols and processes for document verification. Experience in reconciliation tasks, ensuring financial records are accurate and discrepancies are resolved. Knowledge of regulatory reporting procedures and compliance standards within the banking sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Roles and Responsibilities Perform back-office banking transactions, including processing payments, verifying documents, and updating records. Ensure efficient banking operations by adhering to established protocols and resolving discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with teams to improve operational processes and support banking initiatives across the organization. Handle customer service inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to client needs. Maintain accurate and detailed records for regulatory and audit purposes, ensuring compliance with policies. Support the preparation of reports and documentation necessary for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with reconciliations, identifying and resolving any imbalances or errors found in transactions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of bank operations, suggesting improvements to existing systems and processes.
