Qualifications and Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in stock market transactions or a related field. Proficiency in transaction processing, trade settlement, and KYC (Mandatory skill). Solid data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in generating reports and analyzing transaction data. Capability to perform reconciliation and resolve discrepancies effectively. Understanding of stock market dynamics and regulatory frameworks. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with team members. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and process stock market transactions with precision and adherence to regulations. Ensure timely and accurate trade settlement in compliance with industry standards. Maintain meticulous transaction records and perform necessary reconciliations. Handle KYC documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare and submit periodic reports reflecting transaction volumes and accuracy. Identify and address discrepancies in transaction data promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to improve transaction processing efficiencies. Participate in continuous learning initiatives to stay abreast of evolving market practices.
